Just sitting here thinking back to the December 10. issue of Ellis County Press, entitled "Personal e-mails from city computers not public information : The Ellis County Press  (click link for more info regarding the issue) . Looks like we have another definite blow to Hadrassah Schloss and the  city secretaries of Dallas,Midlothian , Desoto , Pflugerville , and Texarkana city governments respectively ! Why because Texas Tech is a PUBLIC INSTITUTION such as the above named city governments.Transparency,Order,and Efficiency is the rule of the day.Google me for more info!
