My colleague Ted Kim reports today on the continued grim news for governments.



Sales tax receipts can't seem to stop sliding.



But as the story shows, Dallas' numbers aren't quite as bad as they look from the raw numbers.

Frisco $2.88 Down 3.8%

Plano $4.09 Up 1.3%

Arlington $5.60 Up 1.7%
